Miami-Dade switches tap water to free chlorine Sept. 28

Miami-Dade's Water and Sewer Department will switch from combined chlorine to free chlorine at all regional treatment plants from Sept. 28 through Oct. 11, an annual conversion since 1983 that may cause temporary changes in tap water taste, smell and appearance for Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay residents.
