The Sunset Eats Night Market returns to Palmetto Bay Park on Thursday, Sept. 24, kicking off a stretch of back-to-back events while the park's playground is closed for maintenance.

Night market opens Thursday at 5 p.m.

The market starts at 5 p.m. at 17535 SW 95th Ave. A Patch community calendar listing shows it as free. No end time or vendor lineup has been published, but the recurring Thursday market has drawn local food sellers in past months. A Sept. 18 South Dade News Leader food review noted that sourdough baker Craave House was among the vendors at a recent Sunset Eats market.

Residents should confirm the start time before heading out, since an earlier Patch entry showed a different hour.

Pilates and brow pop-up set for Saturday

On Saturday, Sept. 26, the park hosts The Brow Burn, an outdoor Pilates and beauty pop-up running from 10 a.m. to noon. Brianna Guzman leads a 45-minute mat Pilates class, followed by a live brow demonstration from Brow Me Miami featuring Browholic Cosmetics. Attendees should bring their own mats.

Nata Coffee and Miss Matcha Mami will sell drinks on site. According to Eventbrite, Tier 1 tickets, which include a goody bag, are sold out. Tier 2 tickets, which do not come with one, are still available.

Playground closed through Sept. 28

Families planning to attend either gathering should work around the closure. The Village of Palmetto Bay posted on X, formerly Twitter, on Sept. 21 that the playground work will continue through Monday, Sept. 28. The village said it would post updates. Everything else on the grounds stays open.
